Fall is for great beer and lots baking, right? Well, this great recipe from Leinenkugel’s combines both for a killer nut bread that your friends will be drooling over. Don’t trust me, though, so ahead and try it yourself!
What you’ll need:
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 12 oz. Leinenkugel’s Oktoberfest
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
What you’ll do:
- Soak walnuts in beer.
- Mix self-rising flour, sugar and beer.
- Pour mixture into a greased load pan and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
