Monarch Beverage strengthens health offerings with Physical Therapist

INDIANAPOLIS – Monarch Beverage, Indiana’s largest distributor of beer and wine, today announced the hiring Kyle Netter as onsite Physical Therapist. The hire is part of an ongoing effort to empower employees to make positive health choices for themselves and their families. Monarch has increased wellness benefits annually since the launch of its onsite clinic in 2007 while keeping insurance premiums low.

10 years later, the wellness programming at Monarch Beverage is robust, including an onsite clinic staffed with a physician, nurse practitioner, psychologist, registered dietitian and medical assistant, two fitness centers on campus, a yoga studio, personal trainers, free fruit, vegetables and nuts, employee wellness challenges, a dozen fitness courses per week, fitness reimbursement, access to an online health portal, free InBody assessments and more.

“We are proud of the health and wellness program we have built over the last decade, but are consistently looking for ways to improve our offerings and the lives of our employees, said Natalie Roberts, Senior Vice President at Monarch Beverage. “Adding a highly talented physical therapist is just another way to do that.”

As a physical therapist, Netter works alongside the physician and nurse practitioner to develop individualized plans for injury recovery, pain reduction and mobility and function restoration. He is trained to assist employees in injury prevention and condition management.

Throughout the last 18 years of experience, Netter has held numerous positions in the health industry, working in health clinics, nursing homes and local hospitals like IU Health and St. Vincent.
