Monday Mixology: Snakebite
This is a great beer cocktail that combines a stout with a cider. It’s perfect for the fall, cooler months.
Here’s what you will need:
- 1/2 pint Guinness
- 1/2 pint hard cider (Angry Orchard, Crispin, Samuel Smith’s & Woodchuck are all great choices)
- Ice-cold pint glass
Here’s how you make it:
- Pour the cider in first then the Guinness.
- If you don’t have the steadiest of hands, try first adding the cider then pouring the Guinness in over the back of a spoon. This allows the beer to pour down the side of the glass and rest atop of the cider.
- Enjoy. It’s that simple!
