Seven Bubbly Cocktails to Kick Off 2017!

We compiled the seven best bubbly cocktails from Barefoot Bubbly to kick off 2017!


Sparkle Spumante

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante
  • 1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps
  • 1/4 ounce Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Orange Juice – optional
  • Frozen Raspberries

Directions

  1. Chill all ingredients before assembling
  2. Add peach schnapps, syrup and juice to a flute
  3. Top with Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante
  4. Garnish with floated frozen raspberries

Strawberry Sprinkle

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee
  • 1/2 ounce Vanilla Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice – optional
  • Optional Garnish Ideas: Strawberry dipped in frosting and rolled in mini sprinkles

Directions

  1. Combine vodka, syrup and juice (if using) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled
  3. Strain into a chilled glass
  4. Top with Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee

Orange Dreamsicle

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Orange
  • ½ ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ½ ounce orange juice
  • Orange wheel

Directions

  1. Combine vodka and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake to chill
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass
  4. Top with Barefoot Bubbly Orange
  5. Garnish with orange wheel

Countdown to Cuvée

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvée
  • ½ ounce honey-flavored Whiskey Liqueur
  • Lemon peel
  • Sugar

Directions

  1. Cut a long and wide strip of lemon peel
  2. Dip both sides of the lemon peel into sugar
  3. Place sugared lemon peel inside champagne flute, circling the inside rim
  4. Pour chilled honey whiskey liqueur and Bubbly Brut Cuvee into the flute through the center of the sugared lemon peel

Holiday Cheer

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Berry
  • 1 ounce Cranberry Juice
  • ½ ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ ounces Ginger Ale
  • Maraschino Cherries

Directions

  1. Build in a tall glass over ice
  2. Garnish with maraschino cherries

Vanilla Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Prosecco
  • 3/4 ounce Ginger Vanilla Syrup* – chilled
  • Lemon Wedge
  • 1 teaspoon each Granulated Sugar & Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place sugar and cinnamon mixture on a shallow plate. Rim the lip of a champagne flute with the lemon wedge and dip into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place Ginger Vanilla Syrup in champagne flute. Top with Prosecco.
  2. Ginger Vanilla Syrup: 3 Tablespoons Garden Gourmet Ginger Paste (found in the Produce section), 1 cup Demerara Cane Sugar or 1 cup Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup water, 1 ounce Vanilla Extract. Place ginger, sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir continually until sugar dissolves.

Tickled Pink

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Barefoot Bubbly Prosecco
  • Raspberries – fresh or frozen (lightly thawed)
  • 3/4 ounce Raspberry Liqueur
  • Pink Dusting Sugar – found in baking aisle

Directions

  1. Rim champagne flute with sugar. Place several raspberries in champagne flute. Gently press to release fruit flavor. Drizzle raspberry liqueur over the top. Top with Barefoot Prosecco.
